More Complaints

I know I complain a lot about school. Okay, well that is
pretty much my only complaint in life. I have only been in
school for about 6 weeks now, but it has felt like 10. I
think school should be out by now. This shall be the last of
my complaining for a while.

I believe I shall pick up a copy of Xenosaga II this weekend.
I also want to play the new Star Fox. I remember the one for
the Nintendo 64 being pretty boss; so, I want to try out the
new one. Brothers in Arms is also out which looks like some
excellent war carnage. I will also be throwing in some Halo
2. Plus, some studying. Can not forget about that.

Been keeping up with Full Metal Alchemist on Adult Swim. I
find it most entertaining. Still been watching G-Gundam. The
one with Grizzly Gundam or as I like to call him the Canadian
Mauler was a pretty cool one. I remember him having a stocking
cap. He does not have one, but I remember him having one. I
guess I just dreamed it up. Anyone else check out Robot
Chicken? I found it to be pretty funny. I am still waiting to
check out the one where Jesus fights Santa. Enjoy the comic!

Brothers In Arms

So I planned to play Brothers In Arms yesterday, but as usual,
the local game providers do not have it. Hobbes preordered a
copy but it should come in today. From what I've seen it looks
pretty rad. I played Full Spectrum Warrior which I thought was
fun, and BiA seems to be very similar, except that you can
actually control and shoot as the soldiers. I'll talk more
about that on Friday when I've finally played it.

I've finally made the decision that I hate this town. Well not
so much the town itself, but the people in it. I've had to
sit through countless discussions in classes where my fellow
students can carry on conversations about how they're so funny
they should be in stand-up. First off, you're not funny.
Secondly, you're ugly. The latter is really just an
observation, but nonetheless I stand by it.

The people here just don't seem to leave this town. As if they
have some sort of chain tying them to this stink hole. Most of
the people I went to high school with are still here and let me
tell you they're not the brightest people in the world. The
smarter people went off to better colleges in the state and
others have even left state. I must admit that I myself am still
here, However, I'm gonna try and transfer from this town and
go to school in Norman. My point is, I see this town with the
same people in it. I see that in the future, with little
diversity in the population and with the residents' children,
and their children's children, continuing to stay in this town,
at some point imbreeding will occur. Soon this town will be over
run with toothless men and women sitting on their porches with
the trade mark "jug o' moonshine" under one arm and shotgun
under the other, cursing big city folk about their damn
"horseless carriages" and their "witch doctors."

Yep, one more generation and we'll be there.
